I've had some ramens where the pork was very bland and/or dry. sure! I had the tonkotsu version and the broth was rich and creamy.the pork was juicy, thick and had a wonderful peppery, smoky flavor. I went to this place after visiting the Japanese Garden based on my sister's recommendation and I wasn't disappointed! I've had ramen in multiple shops in Japan, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong etc and I would say this place ranks as one of the best for.
